The Beach at Punta Cana City Place is a gated, well-maintained residential community with clearly marked paths, 24/7 security, and secure electronic access. The layout is easy to navigate, and your building is simple to find. Parking: Private parking spots are available directly in front of the building. Q: How far is the nearest supermarket? A: Supermarkets like JUMBO and La Sirena are just 5 minutes away by car, taxi, or Uber. Q: Are there restaurants nearby? A: There’s currently only a small snack bar at the lagoon. However, many restaurants are located within 5 minutes by car. Q: How much is the airport transfer? A: Taxis usually charge around US$30. Uber is cheaper. Our property manager offers a private transfer for US$15 per person — please contact her in advance. 🔒 Safety Q: Is the area safe? A: Absolutely. The Beach is a gated community with 24/7 security and patrols. All guests must check in at the gate.
